Hudson Valley Regional Update – 9/20/2013 –
It continues to be busy here in the Hudson Valley. There’s plenty going on and football season is off to rumblin’, tumbling start. I hope you are enjoying the Fall weather as much as we are. Our dates are starting to fall into place, so be sure to check out the updated calendar listing below!!!
National Games are looming on the horizon, as well. Athletes are bing selected as we speak. More information about that will be posted soon. If you, or an athlete you know is selected, congratulations! It is sure to be an awesome event taking place starting on the 14th of June, 2014.
Locally, our next events take place on 5 October, 2013: The Lauren Rizzetta Memorial Bowling Competition at Cortlandt Lanes & Carmel Lanes. Also on that date, at Mohansic Golf Course in the afternoon, Regional Golf and Golf SKills Competitions.
In the interim, we have a few fundraisers going on. This coming Saturday up at Holiday Mountain we have the Rugged Run. Our program staff Linda has out together a team of athletes and coaches that are going to tear up some mountain mud and raise some funds in honor of Rich Bouman. Too, we have a Golf outing on Monday, 30 September at Unionvale hosted by Axa Advisors.
Busy, busy, busy…

It’s been pretty busy in the Valley, so apologies for not having written sooner. Here’s a little synopsis of what we have been up to with the athletes. (And please, if you have something that you would like included, by all means, feel free to send a note and I will gladly include your piece).
Hudson Valley Regional Update – 8/9/2013 –
This weekend we are off to the Capital District in the Albany area to play in a Unified exhibition softball tournament in preparation for the upcoming NIT Unified Softball Invitational. With any luck the weather will hold out and we will get in some games…last weekend the tournament in Danbury was completely washed out.
Also, we are looking forward to the first annual Motorcycle Run fund-raiser in Marlboro…here’s to hoping this rain ends and blows out of here before the kick stands go up for that one!
That’s what is going on in the Valley this weekend…
Hudson Valley Regional Update – 7/19/2013 –
I hope everyone is enjoying the end of this heat wave. It is supposed to cap out at 105° today. Not so great with the humidity, but it is supposed to break tomorrow with a thunderstorm, then cool off with less humidity dropping into the low 80’s. That is perfect for our golf and cycling training programs, as well as the fall soccer and softball programs firing up around the region.
We have started to confirm some dates for upcoming events, so please, keep checking this update and the calendar to reserve the competition dates for the upcoming seasons.
Coaches: Fall Classic on Long Island offers Softball, Soccer, and Golf. It is scheduled on Saturday, 28 September. Please let us know ASAP if you are interested in sending anyone to this event. They are trying to get an estimated head count.
Also, please note that the HV RENEGADES information has been UPDATED AND CORRECTED!! It is located immediatley below this message!!
