On December 3rd, the Buffalo Polar Plunge celebrated its 10th
anniversary with record breaking numbers! Nearly 1,000 brave souls
came out to tackle the chilly waters of Lake Erie while hundreds
watched. In true Buffalo fashion, the community rallied behind this
event by raising over $171,000, with donations still coming in!
Twenty Special Olympics athletes were among those who took the
plunge this year. Thank you to everyone who played a part in
making the Polar Plunge a smashing success!
