Overview of Event
This event will include a coach awards ceremony and the opportunity for Long Island coaches to receive trainings in fall sports.
At the start of the event, our Long Island coaches across all seasons will have the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts throughout the entire year by members of our Downstate Athlete Leadership Council (ALC), as well network with each other and enjoy dinner provided by SONY.
After the awards ceremony, all attendees can receive trainings in various SONY fall sports.
Schedule
6-6:15pm – Check-In and Receive Dinner (Gymnasium)
6:15-6:45pm – Coach Award Ceremony (Gymnasium)
7-8pm – Sport Trainings and Re-Certifications (Outside/Soccer Field)

Who Should Attend
Any coach, athlete, family member, or member of the SONY community is welcome to attend from any sports season (not just fall). However, please note that while athletes, family members, and other members of the SONY community may attend, only coaches from the Long Island Region will receive awards at this event.
