Long Island Region – Basketball Competition

This event is going to be taking place at Roslyn High School ( 300 Harbor Hill Rd, Roslyn, NY 11576)

Check in opens up at 8:30 am and concludes at 9:30 am

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area . Make sure you are ready for opening ceremonies at 10:00 am. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing :

• Athlete Registration Form
• Athlete Consent Form/Release
• Health History ( SOI NO LONGER REQUIRES A DOCTOR SIGNATURE)
• Communicable Disease Waiver                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Registrations are due no later than Friday May 23rd , 2025. If you need an extension, please reach out to your regional staff to confirm.   **** Early Registrations Preferred ****
