Capital and North Country Region Coaches Conference

The spring Capital Region and North Country Coaches Conference will be held on Thursday, March 13th from 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm. This is a virtual meeting for all current coaches in both regions. The meeting will contain pertinent updates to SO New York policy and procedure as well as additional information for the upcoming Summer Sports season.
