Long Island Region – Horse Show

This event is going to be taking place at Horseability  (223 Store Hill Rd, Old Westbury, NY 11568 )

Check in opens up at 8:00 am

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area . Make sure you are ready for opening ceremonies at 10:00 am. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing :

• Athlete Registration Form
• Athlete Consent Form/Release
• Health History ( SOI NO LONGER REQUIRES A DOCTOR SIGNATURE)
