Long Island Region – Powerlifting Competition

This event is going to be taking place at Gold’s Gym (100 Landing Ave , Smithtown , NY 11787)

Check in opens up at 11:30 am and concludes at 12:00 pm

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area. Make sure you are ready for opening ceremonies at 12:00 pm. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing :

Proof of Vaccination
Covid-19 Code of Conduct
Communicable Disease Waiver

Registrations are due no later than Friday March 29th, 2024. If you need an extension, please reach out to your regional staff to confirm.   **** Early Registrations Preferred ****
