Long Island Region Snowshoe Competition

This event is going to be taking place at North Hempstead Beach Park (175 W Shore Road , Port Washington, NY 11050 )

Check in opens up at 9:00 am and concludes at 10:00 am

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area . Make sure you are ready for opening ceremonies at 10:00 am. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing :

• Athlete Registration Form   
• Athlete Consent Form/ Release
• Health History ( SOI NO LONGER REQUIRES A DOCTOR SIGNATURE)
• Communicable Disease Waiver                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Registrations are due no later than Friday January 24th, 2025. If you need an extension, please reach out to your regional staff to confirm.   **** Early Registrations Preferred ****

Please fill out the transportation request (if needed), and contingent information form which are all listed separately below.

Alternate athlete activation deadline is on Wednesday February 5th, 2025 . If alternates athletes aren’t activated by that date, they will not be added NO EXCEPTIONS .
