New York City Region – Metro Games

This event is going to be taking place at Queens High School of Teaching  ( 74-20 Commonwealth Blvd, Bellerose, NY 11246 )

Check in opens up at 7:30 am and concludes at 9:00 am

Upon arrival, only coaches check in and athletes can go to their designated area . Make sure you are ready for Opening Ceremonies at 10 :00 am. Also, make sure to reach out to regional staff if you are missing :

• Athlete Registration Form
• Athlete Consent Form/Release 
• Health History (SOI NO LONGER REQUIRES A DOCTOR SIGNATURE)
• Communicable Disease Waiver

Registrations are due no later than Friday May 9th 2025   **** Early Registrations Preferred ****

Coach Pre-Check In is available at the New York City office from Tuesday May 27th  – Thursday May 29th .

Alternate athlete activation deadline is due on Wednesday May 21st , 2025 . Athletes that are not activated by the deadline will not be allowed to participate NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure when completing your registration that you are mindful of the correct ratio of coaches to athletes. We will not be accepting incomplete registrations.
