Dunkin’ to Host “Go for the Gold” Fundraising Event at Capital District Region Restaurants to Benefit Special Olympics New York
Athletes, coaches and local law enforcement will help raise awareness and funds to support Special Olympics New York
WHAT: America’s favorite stop for coffee and baked goods will team up with Special Olympics New York to raise awareness and funds for local athletes at numerous participating Dunkin’ locations in the Capital Region during the annual “Go for the Gold” event.
Capital Region athletes and coaches will be joined by local law enforcement partners at numerous Dunkin’ restaurants to collect donations for Special Olympics New York. Dunkin’ will offer guests a coupon for a free donut as a thank you for donating to the organization.

DETAILS: For more than 50 years, Special Olympics New York has provided year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-style sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in authentic competition.
