Join us for a Freezin’ for a Reason good time! Special Olympics New York, Rochester Polar Plunge is a cool opportunity for individuals and organizations to raise money and support Special Olympics athletes by jumping into Lake Ontario. On Sunday, February 2, 2025, the Rochester Polar Plunge is open to all. It’s a day filled with fun, food, prizes and of course one of the best costume contests around! To take the plunge, we ask each participant to raise a minimum of $100 and receive the commemorative 25th anniversary sweatshirt.
