Kathy S. Brooks

Kathy Brooks is the Director of HR Operations for Moog Inc., a global designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components and systems. As leaders in motion control across land, sea, air, and space, Moog pioneers advanced solutions, including both hardware and software, to “[s]hape the way our world moves.” With nearly 40 years of Human Resources experience, Kathy leads the company’s HR Operational activities, servicing the global organization.

During her tenure at Moog, Kathy has managed many aspects of company’s HR functions including Payroll, Global Mobility, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Global Time and Attendance systems. She has launched multiple new technologies across Moog’s extensive global workforce including Peoplesoft and UKG Auto time.

Kathy lives with her husband in Grand Island, New York.  She is the proud mother of two and enjoys her six grandchildren. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree  from Empire State College majoring in Human Resources and Finance along with continued graduate studies in Human Resources.
